Biography​

From his earliest age he always had a clear interest in music composition.

Born in Avilés, Asturias, Spain in 1972.

He studied clarinet and piano in his hometown and then in Madrid and Karlsruhe (Germany) with professors as J.L.Estellés, Enric Pérez or Wolfgang Meyer. Then he studied orchestra conducting with Maximiano Valdés, Isaac Karabtchevsky, Leonid Grin, Neeme Järvi and Ari Rasilainen.

His first premiere was at the age of 15.

From his earliest age he always had a clear interest in music composition. His first premiere was at the age of 15. But he liked to compose not any music, he always liked the music for films, especially after the first times he went to the movies, watching films like Superman, E.T. So his music has always had a clear influence of composers like John Williams, Ennio Morricone, Jerry Goldsmith, etc.

He liked the most to conduct his music.

He has studied orchestra conducting as well, and he did it because besides he liked to conduct big orchestras he liked the most to conduct his music. Some of the orchestras he has conducted are Asturias Symphony Orchestra (OSPA), Bilbao Symphony (BOS), Granada City Orchestra (OCG), Extremadura Orchestra (OEX), Córdoba Orchestra, Murcia Symphony Orchestra (OSRM), Pärnu City Orchestra, Mikkeli City Orchestra, Jÿvaskÿla Sinfonia, Nürnberger Sinfoniker, Deutsche Staatsphilarmonie Rheinland-Pfalz, etc.
